ZYNAGE — Cookies Policy

1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies (such as local storage, pixels, and SDKs) work in comparable ways. We use cookies and similar technologies on the ZYNAGE platform ("Platform"), operated by TECHNOLED INC.

2. How we use cookies

We use cookies to operate the Platform, keep you signed in, secure your account, remember your preferences, and understand how the Platform is used so we can improve it.

3. Categories of cookies we use

  • Strictly necessary — required for core functionality such as signing in, keeping your session active, securing your account, and processing payments. These cannot be switched off through the Platform. Our authentication provider (Clerk) and payment provider (Stripe) set cookies in this category.
  • Functional — remember choices you make (such as language: en-us / es-co) to provide a more personalized experience.
  • Analytics / performance — we do not currently use analytics or performance cookies. If we add them in the future, we will update this Policy and, where required, request your consent.

4. Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by the third-party services we use to operate the Platform, including:

  • Clerk — authentication and session management.
  • Stripe — payment processing and fraud prevention.

These third parties process data under their own privacy policies.

5. Managing cookies

Most browsers let you view, manage, block, or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Platform — including signing in and payments — from working.

Because we currently use only strictly necessary cookies, we do not display a separate cookie consent banner. If we introduce non-essential cookies in the future, we will provide a consent mechanism as required by law.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date.
