ZYNAGE — Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

ZYNAGE (the "Platform") is a digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising marketplace operated by TECHNOLED INC, a New York corporation ("TECHNOLED," "ZYNAGE," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use the Platform at zynage.ai and related subdomains.

2. Who this applies to

This Policy applies to:

Advertisers who book ad placements on screens in our network.
Publishers / venue owners who list screens to earn revenue.
Visitors who browse the Platform.

3. Information we collect

You provide to us:

Account and identity information — name, email, password (managed by our authentication provider), and organization/business details, collected when you register or sign in.
Business and billing information — organization name, country, role, and payment details (processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers).
Screen and venue information (Publishers) — screen names, descriptions, pricing, availability, and location data (addresses, which we geocode into coordinates and neighborhood/state for display).
Advertising content (Advertisers) — creative files (images and related media) you upload for campaigns.
Communications — messages, support requests, and related correspondence.

Collected automatically:

Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and interactions, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookies Policy).

4. How we use information

We use personal information to:

Provide, operate, and maintain the Platform and its marketplace functionality.
Create and manage accounts and authenticate users.
Process bookings, payments, payouts, and the revenue split between Publishers and the Platform.
Display screens, locations, and campaign information to the appropriate parties.
Review and moderate advertising content and screen listings.
Communicate with you about your account, bookings, and service updates.
Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
Analyze and improve the Platform.

5. How we share information

Between marketplace participants. To operate the marketplace, certain information is shared between Advertisers and Publishers — for example, a Publisher sees an Advertiser's booking request and campaign details for their screens, and an Advertiser sees a screen's general location. To protect privacy, public marketplace listings show neighborhood and state, not the precise street address.
With service providers (sub-processors). We share information with the third parties listed in Section 6 strictly to provide the Platform.
For legal reasons. We may disclose information to comply with law, legal process, or governmental requests, or to protect rights, safety, and property.
Business transfers. If TECHNOLED is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets (including the future formation of ZYNAGE LLC), information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell your personal information.

6. Service providers (sub-processors)

We rely on the following providers to operate the Platform. Each processes data only as needed to provide its service:

Clerk — authentication and account management.
Stripe — payment processing (United States).
Wompi — payment processing (Colombia).
Cloudflare (R2) — storage of uploaded creative files and content delivery.
Geoapify and Mapbox — geocoding and map display of screen locations.
Vercel — application hosting.
Neon — database hosting.

This list may change as our service evolves; we will keep it current.

7. International data transfers

We operate in the United States and Colombia, and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers. By using the Platform, you understand that your information may be processed in countries other than your own.

8. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide the Platform, and as required to meet legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information.

United States residents. Subject to applicable state law, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to know how it is used. We do not sell personal information.
Colombia residents (Ley 1581 de 2012 — Habeas Data). You have the right to know, update, and rectify your personal data; to request proof of the authorization granted; to be informed of the use of your data; to lodge complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio; to revoke authorization and/or request deletion where appropriate; and to access your personal data free of charge.

10. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encrypted connections, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's privacy

The Platform is intended for businesses and users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at legal@zynage.ai.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
